Our rates are $550 JMD per pound for the first 10 lbs, then $350 JMD per pound for each additional pound. For items valued at $100 USD or above, a 30% customs duty applies (converted to JMD at the current exchange rate).

Customs duty is a 30% fee on the item value for goods worth $100 USD or more. This is converted to JMD at the current exchange rate (approximately 162 JMD per USD). This is in addition to the regular shipping costs and is required by Jamaican customs regulations.

You'll need a commercial invoice, packing list, and customs declaration form. For agricultural products, additional permits and phytosanitary certificates may be required. We assist with all documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Yes, shipping insurance is available and highly recommended, especially for high-value items. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of any damage.

Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic Jamaica deliveries typically take 1-3 business days. International air freight to the US/Canada usually takes 5-7 business days, UK 7-10 business days. Times may vary due to customs processing.

We cannot ship illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, perishable goods without authorization, live animals/plants without permits, counterfeit goods, or cash without declaration. Please contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved electronic payment methods. Payment is required before shipment processing begins. For business accounts, we may offer credit terms after approval.

We're open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays. For urgent inquiries outside business hours, please email us and we'll respond as soon as possible.

Yes, we can provide packaging materials and services for an additional fee. However, we recommend customers package items securely before drop-off to ensure safety during transit. We'll inspect all packages before shipment.
